Town of Boulder Junction

Amendment 2 to Ordinance 1-93

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Boulder Junction at a Regular Town Board meeting held on December 16, 2025, did adopt Amendment 2 to Ordinance No 1 -93; effective January 1, 2026; which replaces Original Section II. Enactment of Tax, A. raising the accommodations tax from 5.5% to 6.75%.  25% of revenues collected on the initial 5.5% collected shall remain with the Town of Boulder Junction and 75% shall go to the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce.  30% shall remain with the Town of Boulder Junction on the additional 1.25% room tax collected and 70% shall go to the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce.

Said ordinance is available for inspection in the Boulder Junction Town Office, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 (715 385-2220) during regular office hours and on the Town of Boulder Junction website www.townoboulderjunction.org.  Ordinance will be in effect January 1, 2026.
