In connection with the Town’s most recent borrowing, the Town requested a rating from Standard & Poor’s (S&P).
S&P assigned a rating of AA and a stable outlook to Boulder Junction, Wis’ series 2018 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds.
The S&P rating report indicates the rating reflects the strong economy, management, budgetary performance, very strong budgetary flexibility, and very strong liquidity with a weak debt-and contingent-liability profile.
This is the Town’s first credit rating.
