a. Closed session: Interview A&M Services as possible new management co.The Housing Authority Board may convene into closed session by Roll Call vote pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 considering employment. Following closed session, the Housing Board may reconvene in open session

b. Open session: Board may vote to hire A&M Services as Boulder Pines Apartments Management Company.
