Notice of Office Hours

Town of Boulder Junction, Vilas County

                Pursuant to s. 70.45 Wis stats, the Town of Boulder Junction’s assessment roll for the year 2021 will be open for examination on Monday, the 8^th of August, 2022, at the Boulder Junction Community Center, Nordlof Conference Room, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  Additional office hours will be held on the 15^th of August, 2022 at the Boulder Junction Community Center, Nordlof Conference Room, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

                At the office hours, instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.  These documents will assist with scheduling a hearing before the Board of Review.  The Assessor will be present to answer questions at the open book.

Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 70.47 (1), the Board of Review will convene on: Wednesday August 17, 2022 at 9:00 am at the Boulder Junction Community Center, Town Office, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI  54512.
