Notice of Office Hours
Town of Boulder Junction, Vilas County
Pursuant to s. 70.45 Wis stats, the Town of Boulder Junction’s assessment roll for the year 2024 will be open for examination on Wednesday, the 31st of July, 2024, at the Boulder Junction Community Center, Nordlof Conference Room, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Additional office hours will be held on Monday, the 5th of August, 2024 at the Boulder Junction Community Center, Nordlof Conference Room, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
At the office hours, instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time. These documents will assist with scheduling a hearing before the Board of Review. The Assessor will be present to answer questions at the open book.
